I'm still trying to find direction for my new blog, so for now you're in for a journey of my many interests and unique sense of humor.

Last December, my gas bill was around $360 (thanks PGW!). That killed me. Almost to the point where Jan, Feb, and Mar brought my PGW bill to almost $800. I had to beg them to split my bill up so I could still buy beer and food monthly. Sheesh.

After that I decided to go a bit green in my house, or as green as I could get. All my light bulbs are now compact fluorescents, windows are resealed, draft vents are directional controlled, and a new automated thermostat. I hope that's enough.

My biggest change now is that I wear lots of layer. Socks, sweats, hoodies, and long sleeve t-shirts are now my normal house attire.

Now I have to work on the car.
